With over 30 years of international freight forwarding experience, TPS is a freight forwarder specializing in the arrangement of cargo on behalf of the United States defense and Foreign Defense Agencies, including ocean (containership and RORO) and air freight — including inland transportation from origin to TPS.
TPS supports Canada’s Department of National Defense and Japan’s Ministry of Defense FMS programs. Utilizing best-of-breed methods of freight forwarding, distribution, and transportation — TPS is able to manage large programs in a cost-effective and efficient manner. With more than four decades of FMS contracts, TPS continuously improves and enhances FMS systems and operations to meet or exceed all requirements.

Hazardous Material Handling
TPS facilities are International Air Transport Association (IATA) approved to handle dangerous materials with certified employees. In addition, TPS is capable of handling and shipping all classes of dangerous goods, explosives, and radioactive materials. TPS meets the United Nations (UN) qualified packaging standards.

TPS Kitting
For two decades, TPS has been supplying custom kits on a scheduled delivery program to support customers with demanding maintenance requirements. Kit contents include a variety of military standard hardware fasteners, electronic components, electro-mechanical parts, and hydraulic components — including larger items such as structural components and wings.
TPS has years of first hand experience supporting critical military systems, such as Raytheon Missile Systems’ Phalanx Close-in-Weapons Systems (CIWS), with over 300 overhaul kits in 15 configurations. TPS also supplies many commercial maintenance programs including Airbus and Boeing Aircraft.

Electronic Product Lines
TPS is an authorized distributor for many electronic parts and component manufacturers used in the aerospace industry, as well as current use items and many end-of-life parts and components. TPS will stock these items and is able to offer ‘lifetime buys’ for last production items, including radar systems.
TPS offers searches for obsolete and superseded parts that have been manufactured per the specification and will provide certification, test reports, as well as ESD packaging.

Our well-defined and controlled processes of quoting, contract review, purchasing, receiving, inspection, processing, packaging, shipping, and inventory control combined with qualified and experienced personnel make it possible to meet or exceed customer requirements.
In addition, TPS performs designated source inspections for Boeing Mesa, Bombardier, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Nabtesco, and Sikorsky to ensure customer needs.
TPS Aviation utilizes inspection equipment such as Keyence, optical comparator, RW Hardness, Dino Cam, System 23, ESD workstations, and anti-static work stations for its inspection activities.

TPS is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products to the utmost satisfaction of its worldwide customer base of both commercial and military sectors. TPS is certified to ISO9001, AS9100 and various customer quality standards and requirements.
All aviation parts and components (with accompanying documents) are inspected to ensure they meet all specified requirements. Product quality and traceability is maintained through the inspection and stocking processes while rejected parts are segregated and disposed of according to standard industry guidelines.
